Although this book uses the terms 'women' and 'Women of Colour,' they are used in an inclusive sense. It is for those who self-identify as a Woman of Colour and actively includes those that have been affected by misogyny similar to women (meaning cis and non-binary, transgender, gender non-conforming and genderqueer). Winitha Bonney is one of the world's foremost thinkers in leadership and entrepreneurship for Women and People of Colour and a global expert in helping corporates build inclusive cultures. She has an incredible amount of unique insights and expertise to help Women and People of Colour become leaders and successful entrepreneurs.

Winitha is the founder of #ColourFULL, a leadership and entrepreneurship conference and awards night by Women of Colour for Women of Colour and allies.
